Il est conseillé de se brosser les dents deux à trois fois par jour, de préférence après les repas. Après un brossage efficace (du bas vers le haut), garder le dentifrice quelques instants avant de se rincer la bouche. Bien refermer le bouchon après usage et poser le tube debout sur le bouchon.
